Welcome to Whitelabel Corporation (“Whitelabel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Whitelabel’s websites, products, widgets, APIs, conversational agents, analytics dashboards, mobile/voice companions, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Who We Are & What We Do

Whitelabel provides:

• AI Conversational Services: RAG-grounded chat/voice companions, locked knowledge spaces, brand and safety controls, and engagement/ROI analytics.
• Payments & Checkout: AI-native checkout, one-tap wallets (Apple/Google Pay via processor partners), CRM sync, and receipts/payout exports.
• Technology Services: Custom app development, consultation services.

Whitelabel is not a nonprofit organization and does not itself solicit or receive tax-deductible donations. We provide technology and payment-facilitation tools enabling verified organizations (“Nonprofits” or “Customers”) to engage supporters and accept contributions.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

If you create an account, you must (a) be authorized to bind the organization you represent, (b) provide accurate information, and (c) keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Scope of Services

3.1 AI Conversational Services

We provide hosted models, retrieval pipelines, knowledge spaces, and analytics. You control which materials are approved for use and can enable governance features such as citations, role-based access, approvals, and audit trails.
